Skypp
Today was another interesting day in class with our Skypp lecture from Jason. It was very interesting hearing from him exactly how he was able to to do what he enjoyed doing. I made connections between both Jason Scott and Johnathan Coulton. Both men made a success out of what it is they love to do. Scott defiantly found a way to make his product unique to him and his brand. I love the idea of doing what you love to do and getting 100,000 dollars in your pocket for doing it. I feel that Jason Scott could of lectured without having any questions from the class, i did enjoy it though

During thr skype that was actually a question i wanted to know. had jason ever heard of coulton and his work and was he a fan? that was my question that i never got to ask
ReplyDeleteWatching Jason Scott and listening to him about what he does with passion underpinned the idea of "a thousand true fans" that we spoke about. Be original, be different, do amazing work, and find your niche. The internet and social media, once used right, will probably do the rest.
ReplyDeleteYou are right! He barely needed to stop for air.
ReplyDeleteYea you are right. Jason pretty much talked the entire our. He was full of information. I wouldn't have minded to stay a little while longer. It's amazing what you can do by word of mouth
ReplyDeleteJashma, I think so, because I think Jason Scott went on the JoCo Cruise last year, if I recall. Jason has also directed a video for MC Frontalot, who has also collaborated with Coulton on a song.
ReplyDeleteSorry we ran out of time for your question!
