I'm choosing to do my wikipedia assignment on the topic of alzheimers. This topic isn't so much a contraversial topic but it is one that is growing to be very important in our society and it meets all the requirements for this project. I actually became interested in this particular topic while I was in an Oral Comm class and needed a topic to present on. I'm ready to start this assignment because this is the first time since I've been in school that a professor has actually encouraged me to use wikipedia so I can't wait to see what its all about!
